The most important figure within the construction site is the Director of Works: the professional figure, chosen directly by the Customer, who has the task of coordinating all the individual activities that are carried out within a construction site.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: ROLE AND TASKS

The Construction Manager deals exclusively with the contractor regarding the technical and economic aspects of the contract.
  • Supervision of the regular execution of the work, both in the execution modalities and in the realization times
  • Verification of the qualitative and quantitative correspondence of the materials used with those prescribed in the executive project
  • Keep the site accounts by managing payments to suppliers and companies involved in the ongoing construction process
  • Periodic verification of the possession and regularity by the contractor of the documentation required by the laws in force concerning obligations towards employees
