The ECO Bonus allows a tax deduction of between 50% and 75% on all interventions aimed at improving the energy efficiency of an apartment. This bonus also came into effect in 2018 and can be released, for example, if thermal coverings are added to the outside of the main door or when boilers with high mechanical efficiency are installed. The ten annual quotas are confirmed and must be paid up to a maximum of 30 thousand euros for winter air conditioning, 40 thousand for solar panels and redevelopment and 100 thousand for general energy requalification.
